CNet ruined TVTome. It is ugly, ad-laden, and loads slow even with Opera. I hate it, and will most likely not be going often anymore. I definitely won’t participate in forum discussions anymore. I will only use it for the occasional reference now. Hats off to CNet for ruining a great thing. Why couldn’t they have left the original layout intact?

Yes, I agree - it was much much better the way it used to be.
It USED to be way simple and easy to navigate - whats with all the ads? It’s so damn slow now.
Why fix something unless its broke??

This is what happens when $h!tty corporations take over community projects. Its now the most awful piece of complete nauseating garbage. All of that volunteer work and effort downthe drain. Fvck you Cnet! I’m never coming back.

Yeah, I agree. It was a lot more functional before. Now to even get to the old front page functionality, you have to scroll down a full page. That Dr. Drew ad is amazingly annoying. (sigh) I suppose I’ll have to use epguides.

CNet disgusts me. They did the same thing to gamefaqs.com a couple of years ago.
Their business model reminds me of Waynes World:
“Tuesday: take over public access show and exploit them”
“Wednesday: take over much loved community websites and sodomize them”

Leave it to CNET to ruin websites. They did the same thing with mp3.com. WTF!
