Wow, this is what I get for moving this weekend and being 99% out of the loop when it came to the news until tonight. Just read this item from the Times about how journalist David Halberstam was killed on Monday in San Francisco while on his way to an interview.
I’ve got to say that this is just shocking to me, a tragedy. My regards to Halberstam’s family and friends.
