Last week, I posted about adding a line to my email signature with details as follows:
this email is: [ ] bloggable [x] ask first [ ] private
After a few days of using it and having a few folks comment on it, I realized I was being shortsighted. At least with relation to the topics I cover, it wasn't all-encompassing. Since I'm in the habit of writing to journalists and other media folk, I realized it shouldn't be "bloggable" that I have in there, it should be something universal for both bloggers and traditional media people... So I'm going with "publishable" instead, as I think it adds some creedence to the signature for a larger group. Just a thought.
How about the good old fashioned "On The Record" vs. "Off The Record?"
