Yay, 100K!

I'm happy to announce that just a few moments ago, The Media Drop had its 100,000 visitor, according to SiteMeter. The lucky surfer came through looking for "impact of mass media on election 2004" via Yahoo!

My car is just barely under 100K and it's taken me five years to get there.

You got to a 100K in traffic in a lot less time than that. Congrats!

PS: Is that 3rd stat 45 minutes per session? Wasn't there some news org study saying 38 minutes (or so) a MONTH was what the average news reader spent on news sites?
